In 1981 the Quennevais Kenpo School was started by Graham Lelliott.
Senior Grandmaster Ed Parker came to Jersey in 1980 and promoted Graham Lelliott to his 1st Degree Black.

Graham is one of very few Europeans who are considered direct students of Senior Grandmaster Ed Parker after having his 4th Degree signed as Mr. Parker as his instructor
After growing the club Graham moved to California with his wife Jaydean in 2000. He now runs a successful full time school with being asked to run seminars all over the world.

Paul McMurray (QKS)

In 2000 Paul McMurray was trusted with running the Quennevais Kenpo School from his instructor Graham Lelliott.
Paul saw the club grow to considerable numbers after having to rebuild it. The club went to many competitions with great success achieving gold medals in the IKKA Internationals and IKKA Europeans across multiple divisions.
Sadly on the 25th of August 2015 Paul lost his life after a 2 year battle to cancer. He left a huge impression on the world and his students wanted to continue the QKS in his honor. Neil Roberts & Matt Duncan re branded the club to Quantum Kenpo Systems as a homage to their instructor to never forget their roots.
